Hunters Hotel

The Hunters Hotel lies inside the Black Forest & has all the magic and mystery of something from the Brothers Grimm. The main breakfast room is wood paneled and surrounded by stuffed animals. Elsewhere, a huge ballroom now serves as a storage for furniture. In fact every corner of this large building is filled with clutter - a museum of random objects.

There are floors of empty rooms but also a section of amazing bedrooms with details and belongings still in situ. It's a photographic dream, almost overwhelming to shoot. There is something very special about locations that are off the beaten track and in a mysterious place.
